The fastest way to report a profile or message is directly inside the app. Open any profile and tap the ⋯ menu, then select Report. Choose the reason that best describes the issue. Our safety team reviews all reports.
Account deletion
You can permanently delete your account at any time. Open the app, go to Me → Account → Delete account. All your data — profile, photos, matches, and messages — will be erased within 30 days.
Frequently asked questions
I didn't receive my sign-in link.
Check your spam folder. Sign-in links are sent from kindra@secretier.com. If it still doesn't arrive, wait a minute and try again — links can only be requested 3 times per 15 minutes per email address.
Why can't I see anyone in discovery?
Kindra uses location-based matching. Make sure you've allowed location access in your device settings and that you've enabled discovery in your profile. There may also be limited users in your area while we grow — we're working on it.
How do I change my photos?
Open the app, go to Me and tap your photo. You can add, remove, or reorder photos from there.
My account was suspended. What do I do?
Email hello@trykindra.app with your registered email address and we'll review your case.
Is Kindra free?
Yes — core features are free. We plan to introduce optional premium features in the future. We will always be transparent about what costs money.
